Everything we choose to stock is something we'd be comfortable putting on our own kids. Here's how we think about it.

What We Check Before It Reaches You

  • Every item is reviewed for stitching quality and secure seams before it's listed
  • We steer away from loose, small, or easily-detachable embellishments on pieces meant for younger kids
  • We favour soft, breathable, skin-friendly fabrics — the same things we'd want against our own kids' skin
  • We keep refining our supplier choices based on real quality feedback, not just first impressions

Safety at Home

  • Always check the age and size guidance on the label before dressing a young child
  • Give new items a quick once-over for loose threads or embellishments before first wear
  • Wash new clothing before the first wear — it softens the fabric and removes any manufacturing residue
  • Keep an eye on drawstrings, ties, and small accessories, especially for babies and toddlers

Good to know: we're a small, growing shop — we don't yet carry formal third-party safety certifications, but quality and safety checks are a non-negotiable part of choosing what we stock, on every single item.
